CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

At Soundengine Music, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for our users. This  Cancellation & Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions related  to cancellations and refunds for our various licensing options available on https://soundenginemusic.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “website” or “site”). 

All purchases made on the website are governed by this Policy, and all refund requests must be made in accordance  with this Policy. Please read this carefully before purchasing any of our licenses / subscriptions. 

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions posted on our website. 

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY 

By purchasing any of our licenses, you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to  be bound by this Policy, and our Terms & Conditions, and any future updates and additions to these  policies, as published from time to time at the website or as otherwise may be communicated to you. 

2. SINGLE-TRACK PURCHASE 

Users who purchase a single track have the option to cancel their order and receive a 100% refund if the  intended production is cancelled or if the purchased track is not used. The request has to be placed within  a period of 14 days from the date of the purchase of the track. To initiate a cancellation and refund, users  must provide sufficient evidence supporting their claim. No cancellation or refund is allowed under any  other circumstance for this license type. 

3. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION 

Users subscribing to our monthly plans have the right to cancel their subscription and receive a 100%  refund if the cancellation request is received within 14 days of the initial payment, provided no tracks  have been downloaded during this period. Monthly subscriptions during which tracks have been  downloaded will be cancelled at the end of the current subscription period if the cancellation request is  received at least 14 days before the next renewal payment. 

4. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

Subscribers to our annual plan can cancel their subscription and receive a 100% refund if the cancellation  request is made within 14 days of the initial payment and no tracks have been downloaded. Annual  subscriptions during which tracks have been downloaded will be cancelled at the end of the current  subscription period if the cancellation request is received at least 30 days before the next renewal  payment. 

5. EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES 

Refund and/or cancellation requests outside the specified conditions due to extenuating circumstances  will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Users must provide detailed information supporting their  request. 

6. REFUND PROCESSING 

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on  the payment provider. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in the customer’s account. 

7. CONTACT FOR CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 

Users can initiate cancellation and refund requests by contacting our customer care email at  contact@soundenginemusic.com. The request must include relevant details, such as the order number  and reason for cancellation. 

8. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION PLANS 

Users have the flexibility to change their subscription plans. Any changes made will be reflected in the  next billing cycle. 

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES 

Soundengine Music reserves the right to terminate subscription services for users who violate our terms  of service or engage in any fraudulent activities. 

10. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY 

We may add to or change or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time, from time to time,  entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your use of our services after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute  your acceptance to such amendments.
